Spider Vein Treatment — Clarity II Laser Vascular Therapy

Clear Up Spider Veins Without Compression Stockings or Needles

Spider veins — those small, web-like clusters of red, blue, or purple vessels visible just beneath the skin — are incredibly common, and incredibly frustrating. They're harmless, but for many people they're a source of real self-consciousness, especially on the legs and face.

The Clarity II laser offers a clean, non-invasive solution. It targets the blood vessel directly, collapsing it so the body can absorb it naturally — leaving the surrounding skin untouched.

How It Works

The Clarity II emits a precise wavelength of laser energy that is selectively absorbed by the hemoglobin in the blood vessels. This heats and damages the vessel wall, causing it to collapse and eventually be reabsorbed by the body. The overlying skin is unaffected.

The result is a gradual fading of the visible vein over the weeks following treatment — no cuts, no needles, no compression garments required.

What It Treats

  • Spider veins on the legs (thighs, calves, ankles)

  • Facial spider veins and broken capillaries

  • Small reticular veins (the feeder veins that supply spider vein clusters)

  • Redness and visible vascularity on the cheeks and nose

Pricing

VASCULAR LESIONS & SPIDER VEINS: Smaller veins may disappear after one session, but legs often require multiple sessions. Recommend 2-4 treatments for legs (6-8 weeks apart).

Facial spider veins single session $125.00 (4 weeks apart)

Leg spider veins – $200.00 per vein/session medium size. Package of 2 $150.00

Leg spider vein $300.00 for large area: Package of 2 $550.00

What to Expect

During treatment, you'll feel brief pulses of warmth as the laser targets each vessel — most patients find it very tolerable. Sessions typically run 20–45 minutes depending on the size and number of areas being treated.

After treatment, the treated vessels may appear slightly darker or more prominent for a few days before they begin to fade — this is a normal part of the process. Most patients see meaningful improvement within 4–6 weeks, with continued fading after that.

Sun protection is important in the weeks following treatment to prevent pigmentation changes in the treated area.

Number of sessions: Most spider vein cases respond well in 2–4 sessions spaced 6 weeks apart. Larger or denser clusters may require additional treatments. Tammy will assess the extent of your veins during your consultation and give you a clear picture of what to expect.

Is It Right for Me?

Laser vein treatment works best on smaller, superficial vessels — spider veins and small reticular veins. Larger varicose veins that bulge above the surface of the skin are a vascular condition and require a different approach; Tammy will let you know during your consultation if that applies to you.

Good candidates include anyone bothered by:

  • Visible spider veins on the legs or face

  • Broken capillaries around the nose or cheeks

  • Redness from dilated surface vessels

  • Veins that haven't responded to topical treatments or compression
